A MIL-STD-1913 optical rail and three accessory rails integrated into the receiver allow the installation of multiple scopes, electronic sights, tactical lights and lasers. Buying and shipping with Charlie is easy, but there are a few things you need to know. Only federally licensed firearms stores can accept federally regulated firearms or serialized items (such as receivers and suppressors). These items cannot be shipped directly. To process your transaction, please follow these steps:
1) Check your state's laws to make sure the federally controlled item you are trying to purchase is legal in your state. Your FFL dealer should be able to provide all necessary information regarding state specific laws. However, if we ship to your FFL and have a legal issue, we cannot accept returns. So make sure you understand and follow your local and state laws.
2) A quick Google search will bring up Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers in your area. When you are ready to purchase, please contact the FFL retailer you wish to use to obtain your shipping address. During checkout, enter your address in the "Billing" section and your FFL dealer's address in the "Shipping" section. Don't know the FFL address? No problem. You can send information later.
3) After checking out, be sure to call your FFL dealer to make sure your package arrives (most do this for a small fee, but you should always double check).

4) Have your distributor send a copy of the FFL to FFL@. Charlie's Won't Reach Your FFL (Let Them Make Fees!!!)
5) Be patient! To ensure compliance with all federal laws, our compliance department is separate from our sales and operations teams. Give the Compliance Officer a few days to review all of your dealer's paperwork and ensure that all federal laws are being complied with.
